How does it arrive?

Ready to serve: lids off, set it on the table. Stews come in quarts (4 servings), saffron rice in half pans (14), dips by the quart (10), and each lamb shank and tahchin feeds two. Saffron rice pudding comes in mini 5 oz cups and drinks in sealed 12 oz cups. Heating notes come along if you’re serving later.

What’s gluten-free?

Everything except the lavash and baklava is made without gluten ingredients — the stews, rices, dips, house salad, tahchin, lamb shank, kuku sabzi, kabob trays, rice pudding and drinks. Our kitchen also makes lavash, wraps and baklava, so we can’t rule out cross-contact: if anyone has celiac disease or a serious allergy, say so in the notes and we’ll tell you what we can do.

Can I order just a few dishes?

Yes — for a few dishes in bulk without a full spread, order party trays for pickup from the café: stews by the quart, a half pan of rice, dips, house salad, lavash or a whole kuku sabzi pie. Please order by the day before.

How much notice do you need?

72 hours for delivered orders; a week for 100 or more guests. We take 2 catering orders a day, so your date is confirmed when we invoice.

Can I add kabobs, kuku, desserts or drinks?

Yes — open "Make it yours": koobideh and joojeh trays, a whole kuku sabzi pie (herb frittata, 12 inches, 8 slices — serves 4), saffron rice pudding, baklava, and drinks in sealed 12 oz cups (orange blossom with basil seeds, shredded cucumber mint, saffron lemonade). Kabob trays and drinks are added on top of the feast minimum. Joojeh (chicken) availability is confirmed with your order — the grill, not the website, decides how many trays a day are possible.

Delivery, payment and cancellations

Delivery $40 within 8 miles, $55 over 8 up to 15 miles, $70 over 15 up to 25 miles; beyond that we quote it. Free pickup in Inglewood. Payment secures your booking. Full refund with 72+ hours’ notice, 50% inside 72 hours. Prices before tax; tax is finalized on the invoice.
